Rapid Roadside Solution Answered 24/7 Light-Duty

Roadside Services In Chicago Five Services · All Carried Out Where The Car Is

Rapid Roadside Solution is a mobile light-duty roadside service covering Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Five services, every one of them carried out where your vehicle is standing — there is no shop to drive to, because if the car could be driven you would not be calling. Pick the one that matches your problem, or call and describe what the car is doing and we will work it out with you.

What we come out for

Five services, one number

Jump start service listed on the Rapid Roadside Solution services page Jump Starts The most common call we get. Twelve volt and twenty-four volt systems, connected properly rather than off a stranger's cables — and we tell you at the roadside if the jump is not going to hold. Call (773) 985-3821
Car lockout service listed on the Rapid Roadside Solution services page Car Lockouts Keys shut in the car, engine running or not, on the street or on level three of a downtown garage. Expect to show something that ties you to the vehicle before a door is opened. Call (773) 985-3821
Flat tire change listed on the Rapid Roadside Solution services page Flat Tires Spare fitted where the car is standing, torqued to spec and the pressure checked before you drive off. No spare in the trunk? Say so on the phone and we will talk it through before anyone rolls. Call (773) 985-3821
Mobile battery replacement listed on the Rapid Roadside Solution services page Battery Replacement For when a jump will not hold and the battery is finished rather than flat. Brought to the car and fitted on the spot. The battery itself is quoted separately from the call-out. Call (773) 985-3821
Emergency fuel delivery listed on the Rapid Roadside Solution services page Fuel Delivery Enough to reach the nearest pump under your own power, not a full tank at roadside prices. Confirm gasoline or diesel when you call, because getting that wrong is expensive. Call (773) 985-3821

What it costs

Most daytime services run $65 to $85 without complications; after dark they start at $100 . You hear the price and an ETA on the phone before anyone rolls out, and a secure link holds your dispatch slot and comes off the total.

Where a job involves a part rather than only labour — a battery, a tire, the fuel itself — that part is quoted separately and you are told both numbers on the same call. Nothing is worked out in your driveway. If a job turns out to be more involved than it sounded on the phone, it gets re-quoted before any work starts.

Where the service stops

Being straight about the edges saves you a wasted wait. This is light-duty roadside work — things that get a running vehicle moving again where it stands. We do not cut or programme keys, we do not drain a mis-fuelled tank, and we are not a workshop.

If what you need is the vehicle transported rather than fixed where it is , say so when you call and we will tell you straight away whether we can help, rather than sending a truck that cannot finish the job.

No key cutting No fuel draining No mechanical repairs No bodywork Light-duty only

Questions

Choosing the right one

I do not know what is wrong with it. Which one do I pick?

Pick none of them and call. Describe what the car is doing — whether it turns over, whether the lights come on, whether anything happened before it stopped — and we will work out which job it is. You are not expected to diagnose your own vehicle before you are allowed to ring.

Is there a call-out fee on top of the service price?

No. The range covers coming out to you and doing the work. The only thing quoted on top is a part — a battery, a tire or the fuel — and you hear that figure on the same phone call, before anyone drives out.

Do you come to parking garages and workplace lots?

Yes. Garage levels, apartment lots, hospital decks and office parking are routine, especially downtown. Give us the level and the bay number when you call, and mention any height restriction or gate code so we are not stuck at the entrance.

What if I need two things at once?

Say so on the phone and both get quoted together. A flat tire on a car that will also not start is one visit, not two, and it is far better for us to know that before we load the truck than to find out on arrival.

Still not sure which one?

Describe what the car is doing and where it is sitting. That is enough for us to work out the job, price it and give you a time. Check where we cover if you are unsure about the area.
