Rapid Roadside Solution Answered 24/7 Fully Mobile

Roadside Service Areas Across Chicago Downtown · North Side · West Side · Near-West Suburbs

There is no shop to drive to and no counter to queue at. Rapid Roadside Solution is fully mobile, which means coverage is measured by where a truck can reach you, not by how far you are from a building. These are the parts of the city and the suburbs we run most often, and the fastest way to know for certain is to call with your cross streets.

Where we run

Three parts of the map

Downtown & The Loop

Hotel and office parking structures, metered street parking and the surrounding downtown blocks. Garages are routine work rather than an exception — give us the level and the bay number and mention any height restriction or gate code.

The Loop Garages Street Parking

North Side

Residential streets, apartment and condo lots, and the commuter routes running north out of the city. A regular run for us both in the morning and late at night, which is when most batteries decide to give up.

North Side Apartment Lots

West Side & Near-West Suburbs

The west side of the city out through the near-west suburbs, including Oak Park and Hillside. This is where we are based most of the time, so it is usually the shortest run and the soonest arrival.

How to tell us where you are

A mobile service lives or dies on the address. The three things that get a truck moving toward you fastest are exactly where the vehicle is , what you are driving , and whether it still rolls and steers.

On a street, cross streets beat a house number. In a structure, the level and bay number beat the name of the building. On an expressway, the direction you were heading and the nearest exit matter more than anything else, because they decide which side we approach from.

If you are not sure you are in range

Coverage is not a fixed list of towns and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Call with your cross streets and you will be told whether we can reach you before anything is quoted and before you have paid anything.

If you are outside the area, you will hear that straight away rather than after an hour of waiting. Being told no quickly is worth more than being told yes slowly. See what we come out for if you are still deciding which service you need.

Questions

Coverage, answered

Do you cover the whole city?

We run downtown, the north side, the west side and the near-west suburbs most often, and that is where you will get the soonest arrival. Outside those we take it call by call, which is why the honest answer is to ring with your cross streets rather than trust a list on a web page.

Is there an extra charge for being further out?

You are quoted one price on the phone before anyone rolls out, and that is the price. If distance means we cannot do the job at the usual rate, you will be told the number on that same call rather than discovering it when the truck arrives.

Do you come out to parking garages?

Yes, and downtown they are most of the work. Give us the level and the bay number when you call. Height restrictions and gate codes are the two things that most often slow a garage call down, so mention both if you know them.

Can you reach me on an expressway shoulder?

Tell us the expressway, the direction you were heading and the nearest exit number, and you will be told on the phone whether we can get to you safely. If the vehicle is blocking a live lane or anyone is hurt, that is a 911 call before it is ours.

Give us your cross streets

That is all it takes to find out whether we can reach you, and how soon. You will be told before anything is quoted and before you have paid anything.
