Who we are

Rapid Roadside Solution LLC provides mobile light-duty roadside assistance across Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We operate as a service-area business, which means we come to you and there is no premises open to the public.

This policy explains what we collect when you call, text, visit this site or pay us, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We only collect what is needed to get a truck to you and complete the job.

• Contact details you give us — your name, phone number and, if you pay online, your email address.
• Where your vehicle is — the address, cross streets, garage level or stretch of road you tell us.
• Vehicle details — year, make, model, colour and what is wrong with it.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s own checkout and are never seen, handled or stored by us.
• Site usage — pages viewed and how you reached the site, collected through analytics tools.

How we use it

To quote the job, dispatch to the right location, contact you about that job, take payment, and keep a record of work carried out. We use site analytics to understand which pages are useful and how people find us.

We do not sell your personal information , and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Text messages

If you text us, or ask us to text you, we use your number to send updates about your job — an ETA, a payment link, or a message that the driver has arrived. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply.

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages from us. That will not affect your ability to call.

Payments and Stripe

Card payments are processed by Stripe. When you open a payment link you are on a page hosted by Stripe, and your card details go to Stripe rather than to us. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the amount, not your card number.

Stripe processes that information under its own privacy policy, which is worth reading if you want the detail.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics, so we can see which pages people actually read and where our visitors come from. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Who we share it with

• Stripe , to take payment.
• Analytics providers , for aggregated site usage.
• Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, bound to handle it only for us.
• Law enforcement or courts , where we are legally required to.

That is the whole list. Nobody buys this information from us.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept for as long as needed to run the business, resolve any dispute about work carried out, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that never turn into a job are kept for a much shorter period.

Your choices

Children

This service is for adults arranging help with a vehicle. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and this site is not directed at them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site or the service after that means the updated version applies.
